01 FIRST CONVERSATION
Your journey with Haven Homes starts with your enquiry. This form helps us collect vital information about your project and understand your current stage, allowing us to clearly identify your needs.
03 INITIAL AGREEMENT
A formal agreement outlining what we’ll provide upfront, including budget estimates and constructability input. If we align on the budget and timeline, we proceed together.
02 DISCOVERY MEETING
We meet in person (or virtually) to go deeper into your site conditions, vision, timeline and which designers we recommend based on your specific style.
04 BUDGET ESTIMATE
Using your concept drawings, we prepare a detailed estimate based on real subcontractor rates, current materials pricing and any accurate allowances.
05 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We collaborate with your architect or designer to refine the layout and selections. Our input ensures that design decisions remain aligned with budget and buildability—avoiding costly rework later.
06 FIXED PRICE CONTRACT
Once plans and selections are final, we prepare your construction contract, choosing from:
Fixed Price: A locked-in total cost with clear allowances.
Cost Plus: Transparent invoicing with a builder’s margin applied to actual costs.
07 CONSTRUCTION
On-site works begin. Throughout the build, you will receive:
Regular updates and progress photos.
Access to our project management. software (Wunderbuild) through your own client portal.
A digital schedule with visibility over key dates.
Walkthroughs at milestone stages (slab, rough-in, waterproofing, joinery).
An organised site and a builder you can always reach.
08 HANDOVER AND AFTER CARE
After final inspections, we hand over a complete home and a maintenance guide. We check in again at 3 and 12 months to ensure everything is performing exactly as it should.
