Phase 1: Inquiry
Your journey with Haven Homes starts with your inquiry. This form helps us collect vital information about your project and understand your current stage, allowing us to clearly identify your needs.
Phase 2: Connection Call
We will schedule an introductory call to discuss your project
Phase 3: In Person Meeting
Next, we’ll meet in person to explore your project in greater depth, review our fee structure, and outline the next steps if you decide to move forward with us
Phase 4: Preliminary Agreement
The next step involves signing the preliminary agreement, which details our commitments and initiates the pre-construction phase.
Phase 5: Pre-Construction Process
During this stage, we engage in design meetings and collaborate with necessary consultants. We’ll provide input on feasibility and costs, offering solutions in a cooperative manner. This phase is key to aligning your vision with the project.
Phase 6: Contract Signing and Construction
The next step involves signing the preliminary agreement, which details our commitments and initiates the pre-construction phase.

Phase 8: Maintenance
